After qualifying, Graeme worked in a small criminal practice in the city (with many colourful clients) and then in a suburban practice at Strathfield with a broader based clientele.

In 1993, having moved to the Central Coast a few years before, Graeme joined the Central Coast legal community, and then went into his own practice in 1996.

Twenty-five years later, Graeme still practices as a principal solicitor, and most of that time as a sole legal practitioner.

Graeme has acquired a Graduate Certificate of Dispute Resolution with Charles Sturt University.
